Does anyone think the serial killer that supposedly called into Howard Stern in 97 was real? I've heard about it before but never listened (till this morning) and idk I think it could be. Some people said it was this Elwood guy who was a killer that was caught but he was already in jail at the time. And supposedly the FBI wanted a copy of the tape.
