8 years ago... a dark day in the memory of Portuguese.. with wild fires spread... many people died unfortunatelly... and its even more livelly on my mind.. cause i was cycling not very far away.... i did 6h30 trainning... max temp of 115º (f) / 46º (c) with average 97 F / 36 C

I really need a new bike. Apparently the axis of my back wheel is broken and I have been cycling around with that for the past week and kept wondering why my gears slip so often :D:D Totally not a death trap :D If I have a guardian angel that guy deserves a raise. Propably held the axis with their bare hands while I was mindlessly flying downhill for an entire week!

As expected after an entire Saturday of cycling across town and meeting strangers, Sunday was a really bad day...i had a complete shutdown. And the worst executive dysfunction...even getting up took me several attempts. It was a success that I managed to at least wash my hair. My apartment is a mess. Now o have to clean all today after work...T_T
