Got it done yesterday.
They put acupunture needles into my lower back muscles that were hard as rocks.
It'll hurt as the muscle spasms for about 3 SECONDS, but the release/relief will be AUTOMATIC.
Suddenly no more lower back pain, sciatica or feeling like you pulled a muscle on your hams or glutes.
Left the spa feeling like this:
Went home, took a long shower, ate, but could NOT keep my eyes...
