I've had two weeks with little or no calls, but my mini-break is over. I got busted—my manager forgot to add my lines, then tried to take me to HR for call avoidance.

HR's response was: "It's not his job to tell you that he doesn't have any lines assigned. It's a managers' job to make sure he has his lines set up."
