If Woman get paid less than men why are there less woman in the workforce? If I ran a company I would be hiring scores of woman. If I want a cheap workforce I have to go to China or India!

One more from Mr. Lange. This stand up is nearly 20 years old, but seems like a century away with all the clutch the pearls types. But one thing I'm noticing, late Gen Z's and some Gen Alphas are showing a bit of thicker skin. May be hope yet.
