The day Marilyn Manson released his "Antichrist Superstar" album (or at least the day it arrived to Argentina where everything used to arrive ages later than the rest of the world) I remember to be in bed flying with fever. So I asked my mother to go and buy it for me.

After some hours. She returned home with Green Day´s "Nimrod" album and looking all pale. She said to me..."I got you this because I listened a bit to the album you asked me for and I almost had a stroke. So I brought you this one instead which seems a bit more cheerful".

So...Yep. That´s how I got into Green Day.
