Rib eye steak, rubbed with olive oil, coarse kosher salt, coarse ground black pepper, and the secret ingredient - McCormick's dehydrated minced onion. Beats any steakhouse!
And since we can't live just on meat - zucchini and summer squash, tossed in olive oil, salt, pepper, basil, and oregano. With a couple of pieces left that wouldn't fit on the skewers.
Wash it all down with Founder's All Day IPA.
