I'm on the weird edge between being excited and not wanting tomorrow to come. My working self is totally not looking forward to tomorrow. I have to be at work 1 1/2 hours earlier than usual. I hate getting up so fucking early.
But my private self has been looking forward to Friday all week.

Oh, Facebook memories. This one came up today. This is the route of a road trip I took a while back. 4200 miles (6750 km), 17 days, 19 states. Covered most states east of the Mississippi River, and one quick side quest across it to New Orleans.

I was invited to a debate watch party in Manchester, NH, hosted by a prominent political activism group.
I didn't feel like going. And now I'm glad I didn't - seeing tons of friends show up in photos taken by news reporters who had attended. Yeah, I'm tired of being in the political limelight, lol.
A handful of political friends were actually at the debate in person...like, why?
