  • This weekend, I tried my hand at baking with rye flour for the first time.
I usually stick to wheat, spelt, or mixed grain breads, but this time I was determined to bake a pure rye loaf.
For context, rye is a bit special. You can't just use a good yeast and be done with it. Instead, it's a process that requires cultivating a sourdough starter and carefully controlling the dough's resting time; otherwise, the bread won't be digestible.
The conditions were finally right, so I made time for it... and the result is fantastic (unfortunately, I have no pictures). In my opinion, it's the best-tasting bread I've baked so far. The texture and the slightly sour aftertaste are perfect.
Baking bread has truly become a passion of mine

  • How old am I? When I was a kid, you could call a number on the landline to see what movies were playing at local theaters. And one that connected to to the NWS office to get up to date forecasts.

  • If you allow Islam to take root, and do not poilice it you get terrorism, my brothers and sisters who sceamed you have blood on your hands at our Depty Prime Minster were right to do so; the UK has fostered islamic extremism for a decade and this is the crop you harvest.

I see The prime minster did not have the balls to show his face, he sent the black man to take the heat. And he claims to be progressive. Good to know that white liberals will always use the very people they claim to respect as human sheilds when shit get a bit to too real. This is relation to the slaying of Jews in manchester.

    Crunchwrap Supreme (Copycat)
Copycat Crunchwrap Supremes are loaded with seasoned ground beef, nacho cheese, sour cream and more wrapped inside a flour tortilla and baked to perfection.

    Ingredients
1 ½ pounds lean ground beef
    1 small yellow onion chopped
    2 Tablespoons taco seasoning
    1/4 cup water
    1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 jar nacho cheese or Queso cheese dip
    6 burrito-size flour tortillas
6 tostada shells or corn tortillas* see note
    1 cup sour cream
    2 cups shredded lettuce
    1 tomato diced
1 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend
    cooking spray

    Instructions
In a large skillet, over medium-high heat, cook and crumble ground beef and onion, until beef is no longer pink. Drain grease. Stir in the taco seasoning mix, water and minced garlic. Continue to cook until it starts to boil. Reduce heat to low and let simmer for 5 minutes.
Warm the nacho cheese sauce or queso cheese in a microwave-safe bowl. Place the flour tortillas on a large plate. Microwave for 20 seconds to warm them.

Lay one flour tortilla on a flat surface. Spread 1/2 cup of taco meat onto the center of the tortilla. Drizzle a couple Tablespoons of nacho cheese over the meat. Top meat with one tostada shell or crispy corn tortilla *see notes below. Spread a thin layer of sour cream over the tostada shell. Top with lettuce, tomato and shredded Mexican cheese.

To fold the crunch wrap, start with the bottom of the flour tortilla and fold the edge up over the center. Continue to work your way around, folding the flour tortilla over the center fillings. There will be a spot left open in the center; cut a piece of another flour tortilla, and tuck it in the center, so it's fully covered.

Repeat with all remaining tortillas, tostadas and fillings. You’ll have 6 crunch wraps total.

Spray a large, non-stick skillet with cooking spray. Heat over medium heat. Place one crunchwrap seam-side down onto the skillet. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes, or until golden-brown. Carefully, flip over and cook other side until golden-brown. Repeat process with all crunch wraps. Serve immediately.

    Notes
*If using corn tortillas, heat oven to 425° F. Place corn tortillas on a baking sheet and bake for 8 minutes or until crispy.

  • Got it installed and running, only things left I ned to swap the black cables, with white cabkes, and sleve the ones that cannot be changed. I need to swap the fans to matching ones. Finally install the NVME heatskins and anime ram caps. I'll get them when I pop over to Japan in a few weeks. Now need to fill the space with 7 x 10 TB Drives.
