Serious question: from a man to a man. There's this girl at a bar (also a waitress) that has timed her shifts with my visits at the bar, which is usually Thursdays and Fridays that is doing her absolute best to try and touch me every time she sees me on top of serving me my drinks (which for some reason she knows by heart now and it's weird). Is that considered flirting or do I percieve it wrong? Gosh, it's really word and she makes it obvious as fuck across the bar every time she sees me. One time I commented on her outfit and gave suggestions and the next thing she does is changes her outfit because of me. Tell me you're into me without telling me you're into me. It's weird. I feel like I'm being lead on but I actually wanna ask you guys: [Obsolescence] [LiveFreeOrDie] [InfernalHate]: is this actually happening or is my drunk ass undrestanding this differently? Ugh. Waitresses are usually hard to get along with. What makes it even "worse" is that she makes hearts out of random objects by cutting them in a way they look like hearts.. 🙃 Help?

Guys any suggestions on how to spend my time away from home, that won't cost me a dime. One of the best things about university was not being around my family and until somebody hires me and I save up money I'm stuck with them. Should I spend the day working out or something? Walk around a lake? Spend hours on end at the gym? Stay at the library and not come back until it's time to go to sleep? I took so many steps in the right direction and each day I'm here feels like one step back. What do you guys suggest?

I am at this stage in my career where I think I could be a manager already considering all the skills I've acquired during the years YET for some reason, when I apply for those positions or when I work hard towards achieving that, I would just get pushed back. "Oh, Matti, we just don't feel like you're fit for this yet and you haven't proven yourself yet." Bitch, I'm capable enough to do 5 people work. What do you mean? I do your shitty training to climb up the ladder even and still get a no. The worst part is that I notice how bad at managing current managers are and I see flaws in the organisational part of things straight away. When I point out what is wrong or when I give suggestions, they just get ignored. Then, sometimes more work would be added just because I'm good at doing my job which is another low blow. Am I doing something wrong here or is the corporate culture itself that's so broken and prevents this from happening? 😅 Yeah, is it just me that feels like this or is anyone else struggling the same way? 🙃 Yeah, my overthinking got to me again, it seems. 🤘

It's a sad commentary when the first 5 friend suggestions on this site are bots. On the plus side, they are more active than those on my current friend list. Someone here is in league with the devil, and it's not conducive for a vibrant long-lasting community of misfits.

I got into a tussle last night in my newish apartment already. Last night this pathetic soul who lives down the hallway came to my door totally sauced needing someone to talk to which was about how he is almost 2 months behind on rent, is "looking for a job" em BULLSHIT. So i shoot him a few suggestions while we are in my place drinking the 2 beers he brought. Next thing his mood changed after i told him it was time to go cuz i had to go to the store. I had to grab my backpack from him, he was resisting to leave so i had to whip his ass out the door. I just got thru watching Monster about Jeffrey Dahmer some months ago so a few seens from that starting popping in my head during the fight.
