Hello. It's nice to have housing. I always imagined having a very small apartment, living on my own, by the time I reached 20. My birthday is in July, so I'll be turning 21 this year. While I don't have an apartment, I do live with another family (as part of a program.) One if the rules here, is to not keep any bedroom doors open while sleeping. I think it's a bit strange, but it means that I have to keep the cats out for the night. They can come in while I'm awake. I didn't have the heart to kick him out, so I could sleep. He looked too comfy. (He's out now, sadly.)

I never felt as if I really belonged anywhere, except with my biological dad and granny. Sadly, only my dad is left out of the two. My dad has a car now, instead of a tent, and we're good emotional support for each other. There's not much I can do, since I'm looking for housing myself, but I enjoy having phone calls with him. I don't know if any of you believe in "manifestation," but I'm trying it out, to at least have something to keep me distracted from life.

Adulting is exhausting... Why is it so hard to find affordable housing?! Hell if it goes on like this I will be paying at least 40% of my wage for rent. This is ridiculous... I just want an affordable 3 room apartment close to town so I can have an art studio And still go to work by bike 😭
