A cold front has moved through, and I have to say it's wonderful. Temps are 5 degrees cooler and the humidity is cut in half. Went for a walk to the beer store earlier and it was heavenly bliss!

I'm relieved the India/Pakistan feud has calmed down a bit. Every time one of these guys mean mugs the other, my favorite neighborhood grocer becomes a nervous wreck. He has, just of yesterday, removed the Concertina wire from around the nudie mags and the Claymore's from the beer cave! The surveillance is straight up Orwellian, too!
