I feel we are really reaching the end of book culture. Last two or three years books I thought would have an impact passed almost without notice. People don’t read anymore but more generally they don’t care about books and cultural events now come from streams or social media clips

Black Canary "Back Ally Shift"
Two years ago, I took advantage of this awesome back alley to make this crossplay as Black Canary happen. The LED lighting was perfect in assisting me with the right lighting in the right place, where I could create a scene similar to Batman and Green Arrow comic books, along with some fan artwork I drew from. The city of Camdenton is great for anyone who wants to do cosplays and goths without going to the big cities. Sometimes, the good old small towns tend to have what you need and want to make your day that much better. That July night was definitely one of them.

The antidote for brain rot is books.
The antidote for brain rot is books.
Read books. Encourage your friends and families to read.
Read to learn. Read to satisfy curiosity. Read to understand the world. Read to spark creativity and imagination. Read to improve communication. Read to enhance empathy. Read just for fun. But read.

Don’t let anyone bully you into thinking you’re pretentious just because you read and know things. If more of us spent time passionately pursuing knowledge in books and libraries, we wouldn’t be suffering a literacy crisis.

You may think screens have destroyed your ability to read, you may think your focus is beyond saving, but I’m telling you, it only takes a bit of effort to recover an attention span. You are capable of reading books again.

Don't fall for the lie that you need a college degree to have a thriving intellectual life. You could be a sanitation worker and enjoy Shakespeare in your free time. Great art and the great books are for everyone; all you need is curiosity and a mind enthralled by learning.
For certain “professional “ careers such as Legal, Medicine, Architecture, engineering, yes you need a degree. Other careers ? No
