I know that some people don't necessarily get along with there neighbor,but there is a fine line between dislike and hate. The guy who lives in the unit below mine is pretty creepy,he started off as a cool dude for the most part but his behaviour last few months says otherwise (I can hear his SNOREING as I write this) the guy peered into MY condo front window when I was getting ready for work (creepy),he plays music very loudly at weird hours of the night,he usually walks around with headphones on as to not interact with out other people . I have been kind and respectful for the most part and I usually keep to myself. We'll see what happens...
