Informing people *before* the domain name was abruptly changed. And not a "Oh, BTW - new name, lol" notice after logging in. At least add the notice to the login page?

How many of you willingly entered your login info into a new site, without having any means of verifying that it was even remotely legit?

I, after at least comparing the WhoIs records for the old and new domains' registration, and having found enough details to suggest that it might be legit, then proceeded. Otherwise, I would have laughed it off as a phishing attempt.
