I guess we are no longer a razor household... Hubby bought the two year warranty for his lap top and then the screen cracked somehow. When he called the claims department they denied repairing it or replacing it. They told us that it was not an accident because he noticed it shortly after he closed his laptop and therefore they couldn't do shit to help. Absolutely insane...
