Sleep Theory is a Memphis-based rock band formed by U.S. Army veteran Cullen Moore, blending hard rock, metalcore, R&B, and pop into a unique, genre-bending sound. Joined by Daniel Pruitt, Paolo Vergara, and Ben Pruitt, the band first broke out with their 2023 EP Paper Hearts and viral single “Numb,” quickly earning millions of streams. Known for soaring vocals, heavy riffs, and emotional lyrics, Sleep Theory has toured with acts like Shinedown and Falling in Reverse. In May 2025, they released their debut full-length album Afterglow on Epitaph Records, solidifying their spot as one of rock’s fastest-rising new names.
