Dealing with new recuits in the office can be tiresome as a manager, every day I hear I have insomnia, my reponse, get to bed earlier, I have insomnia I still log in on time. Or the classic, my alarm clock did not go off. As a response to this, I spent 6 weeks restoring an old factory clock so it runs on time, imagine being on a teams call with with me, 5 mins after sign on time and you see this behemoth behind me!
