I have some creepy customer who keeps on inviting me to "hang out" at his place because he has parties at his house ,iv'e told him multipole times no and i'm waiting for him to stop asking its super awkward because he hasn't asked any of my other co-workers and ONLY invites me. its funny too because he makes all these signs and stuff for the parties,like saying there will be a fire outside,but its like 89 degress out so its just going to make everything hotter outside ??? ok ? yeah weird...

Angus sirloin steak tips, marinated in a mix of bourbon, brown sugar, soy sauce, and Worcestershire sauce. Onions also marinated in that. Peppers just tossed on the grill, as-is.

It's pretty good. An amazing cut of beef, but the marinade is certainly not the best. It's not as good as the Asian-inspired marinade I usually do for parties, but there's a lot of prep involved, and I marinate it overnight. This was just for myself, and was a last-minute idea, so wanted something quick and easy. Found this recipe online, and threw it together just a couple of hours ago.

I'm just going to come out and say it; Boonerland culture is boring and conservative. Example; it was St Patrick's Day down here and at most you'll see a crowd of people wearing green at the local Irish Pub. In the US you guys have heaps of St Patrick's Day parties and a parade!
