Honest Question: If stopping the use of Narcan in all major cities on drug addicts and homeless cut crime, filth & trash, gangs who sell the drugs, allow businesses to reopen although there be thousands of Overdoses. Would you like to see that policy implemented? I believe that in 6 months many major cities would see the complete change for the better.
