I have a serious problem with this bill. Not just as a Catholic or Christian but as an American citizen. One of the purposes of confessionals are to unburden their guilt and seek reconciliation with fellow man and God. Denying this could ultimately backfire in several ways. If you guys are wondering about my Satan and Hell kick...it doesn't exist in Judaism. Satan means adversary, and there are many in our folklore. Christianity doesn't mention Hell much either. Most get the idea from Dante's Inferno, which is a 14th Century narrative poem.
