Just done a modern conversion. The struggle is real, bought a clock movement with chime, as this clock has been gutted for parts and baught small hands as the hands were too big; Chinese or seller cannot do metric or imperial it would seem. The hands didn't fit the shaft nor were they the right length I had to cut the hands down to size. Anyway, clock may a have a modern movement but she looks good in the corner of my home office. I hate fine woodwork, brass and enamel work go to waste but with the crack in her woodwood she's not as good as the other case. They are in essense aimed at stripping free speech and expression futher: Third party offence bill: For instance if you are in a pub and a customer stays something that offends a customer or employee; you have to report it. I haven't got around to reading the other bills yet but they are very loose with definitions and open to abuse. Took a cold shower right after work so the orthorexic demon in my head wouldn't even think of convincing me to work out bc "im sweaty anyways." Sometimes healthy means not to excercise and I need to learn that and not to not push myself to the limit. Especially not after sitting in a 32°C office all day and already being overheated...
