Octavius Tea Resorts operates 2 heritage bungalow properties inside working tea estates in Jalpaiguri district, West Bengal. Our properties are Sylee Bungalow inside Sylee Tea Estate in Damdim and Nya Sylee Bungalow inside Nya Sylee Tea Estate in Nagrakata.

Across both properties, we offer 7 private colonial-style rooms with accommodation for up to 20 guests. Guests can take part in a tour to the tea garden, walk through more than 100 acres of plantation surroundings, visit the tea factory, and learn about tea processing from fresh leaf to finished tea. Tea tasting is also part of the wider tea experience, including an introduction to 4 seasonal tea flushes.

Our locations also give travellers access to the wider Dooars region, including Gorumara National Park, Chapramari Wildlife Sanctuary, Jaldapara National Park and Murti River. Along with tea-related experiences, we provide regional dining, sightseeing assistance and safari arrangements, depending on local conditions and availability.
