I get that sometimes life gets to busy. I get having complete shutdowns not wanting to talk at all. I get the out of sight out of mind thing. I have that too.
Yet it doesn't make it hurt less.

Guess that will always be my problem. I never speak up, afraid to be a bother to the ones I care about. Become just an annoying obligation. Thus, I vanish in the shadows. Forgotten. Nothing but a ghost

This right here that is offensive. Please don't dress up as a spirit It is highly offensive especially the way people go about doing it. I have compassion for spirits which most people do not because most people have not dealt with them on a daily basis like I do. They can communicate you and they most likely will if you have an open mind and and sort of know the facts but they do not appear as white figures. Just because they are in spirit form does not mean that they do not have feelings and it does not mean that they are different people then they were in their previous lives. I do not claim to be something I am not but I am here to spread the word that spirits are still people just like us.

What helps when you already dyed your hair and still feel like shit? Right good music and new clothes. TO THE SEWING MACHINE! Hopefully trying my hand at making stays will keep me form my destructive thoughts for a while.

Wind chill down to -30 something (at this point, it does not matter if it's Fahrenheit or Celsius). I had no plans to go out tonight. However, my state representative (who's of course also a friend) messaged me, asking if I wanted to meet up for beer. The answer, of course, was yes!

Amongst other things discussed:
A bill I asked him to file has a hearing coming up this Wednesday. As luck would have it, the bill is being heard before the legislative committee for which he's the Chairman! And the bill has a lot of cosponsors. It's looking good. Wish us luck!

But, yes - the beer was good :D
