Big progress in my Rage Therapy group.
Only 2 deaths and 4 wounded last month.
And only 1 of the wounded was because of firearms.
Only 1!!!!!

Well and talking about capoeira
I remember ... when we went to that martial arts tournament and from the looks of it we thought that if you lost they would throw you out into the street like that Vandam movie ... well but it wasn't like that they didn't throw anywhere it was cool ... there I must have the video ...
Capoera or Capoeira is a martial art developed by black slaves in the south of this continent it seems to me! ... is that I did not go to that theoretical class ...
I always thought that this song meant "Not to return" but no
Many capoeiristas share the idea that the songs that quote the word paranaue or parana, alludes to the freedom that the slaves found once they had crossed the Paraná River (one of the most important rivers in South America in Brazil), where they reached the freedom until the end of his days. Paranaue was a term to designate the refugees who crossed the river, as well as the capoeira song titled Paraná, is a tribute to those free men.
