Explain this to me. While at CVS, I change my email address for my membership card with a clerk that looks like Ron Jeremy. It never takes effect. Days later I try do it online, but the input entry doesn't work... so I manually change it by editing the page, and clicking submit. Wait a few days, nothing every changes. Now I'll have to call the corporate office just to change my email address, I guess.Explain this to me.
